Army Family Run: Best Way To Take On Festive Feasting

A family that runs together, stays together! Hot on the heels of SAFRA's Swim For Hope marathon, why not "jio" your family and friends this December for another mass virtual workout even.
The Singapore Army is celebrating 55 years with #OurArmyFamilyRun, a goal to complete a collective 55,000km. And with the holidays coming up, it's a good excuse to get yourself in shape ahead of the festing eating. There are two ways that you can participate.
Choose your favourite army formation to pledge your run to any time between 23 Nov to 13 Dec 2020 when you register here.
Starting from 1 December, you can track your runs using GPS-based apps on your smartphone or smart watches and submit your results on your registered profile.
You just have to contribute a minimum of 5.5km. For army boys, that's doing 2.4km runs twice for a chance to win an exclusive event T-shirt, while stocks last.
If you want to make it a family affair, follow the Singapore Army on their Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Then share the wefie of your group run with the hashtag #Army55RunShareWin. You can stand a chance to win iron-on patches and kids-sized event T-shirts, also while stocks last.
